Yes. Every rug, kilim and antique piece in our catalog is handmade by skilled artisans across Pakistan, Afghanistan, Turkey and Iran. Each item carries minor natural variations in pattern, color and texture — these are signs of authenticity, not defects.
Our atelier is based in Hunza, northern Pakistan. We source directly from rug-weaving communities across Pakistan, traditional Afghan workshops, and partner ateliers in Turkey and Iran. Wherever possible we work directly with workshops and family weavers.
Our rugs and kilims are woven from hand-spun wool, cotton or silk depending on the piece. Wool is the most common — typically locally-spun sheep wool dyed with both natural and colour-fast synthetic dyes. The exact material composition is listed on every product page.
Yes. We ship to most countries through international courier partners. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
Within Pakistan: 3–6 working days. International orders: typically 7–14 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance. Larger rugs may require an additional 1–2 days for packing.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $499. Orders below that threshold are charged the actual courier rate, shown clearly at checkout before payment.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping cost.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe and HyperPay, both secure PCI-compliant processors. Local Pakistani cards and wallets are supported through HyperPay.
Yes. We never see or store your card details. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe or HyperPay over a fully encrypted connection. Your card data does not pass through our servers.
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition. Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns the customer pays return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned item.
Please email us photos of the item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer — at no additional cost to you.
Yes. We accept custom orders for rugs and kilims in specific sizes, colors or patterns. Visit our Custom Orders page or contact us with your specifications and we will share a quote, sample images and an estimated lead time.
Lead time depends on size and complexity. A small (3×5 ft) handwoven rug typically takes 4–6 weeks; a larger or more intricate piece can take 3–6 months. We share a realistic timeline before you confirm the order.
Yes. We work with retailers, interior designers and hotels worldwide. Minimum order quantities, tiered pricing and lead times are detailed on our Wholesale page. Reach out with your business details for a custom quote.
Refer to our Size Guide for room-by-room recommendations and standard rug dimensions in both feet and centimeters. For custom dimensions we are happy to advise based on your room measurements.
Vacuum gently using a suction-only setting (no rotating brush). Rotate the rug every 6 months to even out wear. Spot-clean spills with cold water and a mild soap. For deep cleaning, use a professional rug cleaner experienced with handmade pieces — never machine wash.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow the shipment. You can also log in to your account and view live status under Order History.
Yes, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible and we will update or cancel it. Once a shipment is handed to the courier we cannot modify it, but you may still return it under our standard return policy.
