Shipping & Returns – Qadeem Crafts

Shipping

We ship handmade carpets, kilims, pashmina shawls and gemstones worldwide from our workshops in Pakistan. Orders are carefully packed by hand to protect the craftsmanship of each piece during transit.

  • Within Pakistan: 3–6 working days via trusted local couriers.
  • International: 7–14 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Free shipping on all orders over $499. Below that, the exact courier rate is shown at checkout — no hidden fees.
  • Customs & duties: International orders may attract import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.
  • Larger or oversized rugs may require an extra 1–2 working days for specialist packing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with the courier name and tracking number. You can also follow live status from your account under Order History.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, you may return it under the terms below.

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
  • Custom & made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Return shipping: We cover the cost if an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or modified free of charge until they are dispatched. Once handed to the courier, the standard return policy applies.
